Amabilis is a deeply connected choral community, committed to our music and our group, as well as to the broader community. Our members thrive on singing and performing together, finding joy in creative achievement as we rise to meet musical challenges. We promote the love of choral music by sharing heartwarming and high calibre performances with our audiences.

Performing music, purchasing new scores, hiring musicians, renting rehearsal and concert venues, commissioning compositions and supporting student choristers are just some expenses we encounter. We fundraise, sell concert tickets and collect member fees as we aim to be self-supporting. 

We are extremely grateful for all donations and support to keep us going, particularly as performances have been interrupted due to public health concerns.

SUPPORT OUR FUNDRAISERS

Amabilis occasionally reaches out with fundraisers such as the sale of Purdys Chocolates at Christmas, clothing drives, raffles and plant sales. The dates and details of these events will be advertised on our social media sites and shared via email to those on our mailing list.
